Machining Manager

The Machining Manager leads day‑to‑day machining operations to safely produce finished magnet shapes from sintered rare‑earth material using wire saws, grinders, CNC, and EDM. The role is hands‑on, managing a team of machinists and coordinating with customer‑facing and coating teams to ensure consistent execution, accurate cost and lead‑time estimation, and a strong safety culture.
