Machinist IV

The Machinist IV is responsible for setting up and operating conventional and CNC machine shop equipment to produce complex, tight-tolerance products for the Aerospace & Defense industry. This role involves manufacturing parts, performing precision inspections, interpreting technical drawings, and mentoring team members while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The position requires minimal supervision and active participation in continuous improvement and documentation processes.
