Machinist

This role involves assembling, bench-finishing, and fitting fabricated machine and mold parts to produce completed equipment, while also operating a wide variety of machine tools to turn, mill, grind, and drill to required dimensions. The position requires reading and interpreting complex blueprints, performing precision inspections, and making adjustments to measuring instruments to ensure conformance to specifications. The role may also include diagnosing faults and determining if items are salvageable or should be scrapped.
