Mail Services Specialist

The Mail Services Specialist prepares paperwork for shipments, monitors UPS accounts, and sorts mail according to departments using UPS Trackpad. The role involves scanning inbound and outbound packages, creating shipping labels via iSHIP, and providing support to ensure timely processing of critical deliveries. Additionally, the position includes acting as a supervisor in the absence of the Mail Distribution Center Supervisor and performing light building maintenance.
