Mailing Operator

The Mailing Operator is responsible for setting up and operating inkjet printers, inserters, and labeling equipment to prepare and process mail in compliance with US postal regulations. This role involves verifying job orders, inspecting mail for defects, performing minor maintenance on machinery, and entering finished jobs into the ERP system. The position also requires driving a box truck to deliver mail and maintaining regular, reliable attendance.
