Mailroom Coordinator

This full-time, on-site position is based in the mailroom and focuses on managing daily operations, including the efficient processing, sorting, and distribution of incoming and outgoing correspondence. The role requires a team player who can also work independently to support attorneys and internal clients in a high-volume, time-sensitive law firm environment. The position involves handling document scanning, copying, and mailing, while maintaining strict confidentiality and providing exceptional customer service.
