About this role

The Maintenance 1 position is responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks and repairs in various areas such as buildings, equipment, and grounds. The position involves supporting Maintenance II with filter changes and other HVAC duties, as well as aiding Maintenance III with minimal tasks.

Assist with troubleshooting and repairing commercial air conditioning and heating systems
Execute renovation duties including painting, drywall repair, and wall framing
