Maintenance 1st Shift

This role ensures all plant processing and facilities equipment operate at optimum efficiency daily through maintenance, repair, and preventive tasks. The position requires journeyman-level competence in mechanical, electrical, and facilities trades to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues independently. The incumbent will also mentor junior maintenance staff and document all work performed.
