Maintenance A/B

The Maintenance A/B role supports the reliability and efficiency of production operations by performing troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on high-speed food and beverage manufacturing equipment. This position serves as the first line of contact for diagnosing and resolving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues while ensuring compliance with safety and food standards. The role also involves documenting maintenance activities, managing spare parts inventory, and coaching team members on troubleshooting and repair procedures.
