About this role
The Maintenance and Facilities Manager leads the site maintenance and facilities function for Apogee’s Performance Surfaces plant, overseeing the maintenance supervisor and planning roles. This position is responsible for ensuring machine uptime, parts inventory, and maintenance program KPIs while partnering with engineering and operations to support continuous 24/5 production. The role manages budgets, capital projects, and the adoption of maintenance technologies and systems.
