Maintenance Assistant - Avocet Playa Vista

The Maintenance Assistant is responsible for maintaining the physical asset of the property and managing day-to-day operations under the direction of the Maintenance Director. This role involves completing work orders, handling make-ready processes for vacant apartments, and executing preventative maintenance programs. The position also requires providing 24-hour emergency maintenance service and performing grounds maintenance duties.
