Maintenance Assistant II

The Maintenance Assistant II is responsible for performing minor repairs and regular building and grounds maintenance for assigned complexes, reporting to a Maintenance Supervisor. This role requires the ability to work independently, lead teams on maintenance tasks, and maintain facilities in good condition. The position involves proactive inspections, safety checks, and ensuring tools and supplies are properly managed.
