Maintenance Assistant

The Maintenance Assistant supports the Maintenance Technician in maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of the property, reporting directly to the Property Manager. This part-time role involves routine janitorial duties, grounds upkeep, preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and assistance with apartment turnovers to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents. The position requires strong attention to detail, customer service skills, and a commitment to maintaining a hazard-free property across two sites.
