Maintenance Associate

The Maintenance Associate is responsible for the general maintenance and upkeep of the facility, working independently to ensure equipment, systems, and structures are properly maintained, repaired, and operating safely. This role involves diagnosing malfunctions, performing routine and preventive maintenance, and repairing machinery, electrical components, and plumbing systems. The position requires maintaining accurate records, ordering necessary supplies, and communicating effectively with the Head Grower regarding facility priorities and concerns.
