Maintenance & Capital Projects Manager

The Maintenance & Capital Projects Manager develops and executes the facility’s short- and long-term capital improvement strategy while providing leadership and oversight for facility maintenance operations. This role manages capital project development, facility infrastructure planning, contractor and vendor coordination, and the overall performance of facility support functions. The position serves as the primary owner of facility capital planning and the central point of coordination among various internal and external stakeholders to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient facility operations.
