About this role

The Maintenance Controller ensures safe and efficient plant operations by performing preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems, PLCs, motors, and drives. This role involves troubleshooting equipment faults, supporting production teams during downtime, and adhering to strict safety and compliance standards in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems and control panels
Troubleshoot and repair motors, drives, and related control components
Utilize CMMS to create work orders and document maintenance activities
Respond to equipment downtime to assist production teams in restoring operations
Adhere to safety protocols including Lockout/Tagout procedures and PPE requirements

Skills
