Maintenance Coordinator

The Maintenance Coordinator at FlyUSA acts as the primary liaison for the company's Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) operation, coordinating maintenance estimates, scheduling activities, and customer communications. This role ensures seamless project execution from initial quoting through aircraft return to service by managing work orders, invoicing, and approvals across internal teams and external clients. As the company expands its Part 145 Repair Station, the coordinator will also help establish scalable administrative processes for third-party operators and corporate flight departments.
