Maintenance Coordinator

The Maintenance Coordinator at the Mitcham site ensures the safe and reliable operation of site plant and equipment by applying strong technical engineering knowledge to plan, prioritise, and coordinate all maintenance activities. The role builds and manages maintenance schedules, develops technically accurate work packs, and ensures that preventative, corrective, and regulatory tasks are fully prepared and executed to the required engineering standards. Acting as the central link between Engineering, Reliability, Operations, and contractors, the Maintenance Coordinator ensures maintenance work is properly scoped, risk assessed, resourced, and recorded driving equipment uptime, regulatory compliance, and long-term asset reliability.
