Maintenance Custodian

The Maintenance Custodian reports to the Operations Manager and is responsible for general office maintenance and housekeeping at the New York office. Duties include moving furniture, setting up conference rooms, performing light carpentry, and handling minor mechanical repairs to ensure a clean and functional workspace.
