Maintenance Custodian

The Maintenance Custodian is responsible for the upkeep of the Heritage Center property, including structures, mechanical and electrical equipment, carpentry, painting, and plumbing. This full-time role involves performing minor maintenance repairs, preventative maintenance, and landscaping duties in a fast-paced environment with a flexible work schedule. The position reports to the Operations Director and requires a high school diploma or equivalent along with one year of maintenance experience.
