Maintenance Department Manager

The Maintenance Department Manager plans, directs, and controls the efforts of the Maintenance Department to maintain plant equipment and facilities in accordance with good engineering practices. This role involves managing preventive maintenance programs, ensuring equipment and facilities are in safe and efficient working condition, and minimizing unscheduled downtime. The manager also coordinates with other departments to improve operations, reduce maintenance costs, and provide leadership and training to maintenance technicians.
