Maintenance Director

The Maintenance Director actively supports the Executive Director in managing the community while ensuring the maintenance department operates efficiently within budgetary guidelines. This role involves performing routine maintenance and repairs on the residence and grounds, establishing preventive maintenance programs, and supervising laundry and housekeeping staff. The position requires ensuring the building is physically sound and safe, managing outside contractors, and chairing the Community Safety Committee.
