Maintenance Director

The Maintenance Director actively supports the Executive Director in managing the community while ensuring the maintenance department operates efficiently within budgetary guidelines. This role involves performing routine maintenance and repairs on the residence and grounds, supervising housekeeping and laundry staff, and establishing preventative maintenance programs. The position requires ensuring the building is physically sound and safe while coordinating with outside contractors and vendors.
