Maintenance Director

The Maintenance Director ensures the provision of quality maintenance care in accordance with Federal, State, and Local regulations while leading a team to maintain the building, interior, and grounds in safe and exceptional condition. This role involves implementing preventative maintenance programs, supervising housekeeping personnel, and overseeing facility equipment repairs. The position also requires training team members, preparing apartments for resident move-ins, and maintaining fire safety and emergency records.
