Maintenance Director

The Maintenance Director actively supports the Executive Director in managing the community while ensuring the maintenance department operates efficiently within budgetary guidelines. This role is responsible for maintaining the physical soundness and safety of the residence and grounds, overseeing preventative maintenance programs, and supervising laundry and housekeeping staff. The position also involves coordinating with outside contractors, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and fire codes.
