The role involves creating and administering work orders, purchase orders, and invoices while providing administrative support to the Facilities Management and Maintenance teams. This position serves as the primary point of contact for maintenance-related inquiries from residents, staff, contractors, and vendors, ensuring clear communication and excellent customer service.
