Maintenance Engineer - Fabric

This role involves undertaking planned, reactive, and cyclical maintenance work for building fabric, plumbing systems, and internal fixtures at the Gorbals Health Centre. The successful candidate will service and repair doors, windows, and general building elements while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and COSHH regulations. The position requires providing out-of-hours maintenance support on a call-out rota and collaborating with other team members to deliver contracted services.
