About this role

The Equipment Reliability Engineer for Starship develops and deploys reliability programs to ensure critical production equipment meets availability and performance targets. This role diagnoses high-consequence failures, leads root cause and FMECA efforts, and implements solutions to maximize asset efficiency. The engineer works cross-functionally with production, maintenance, and tooling teams to commission equipment and embed maintainability into designs.
