About this role

The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair duties to ensure the hotel's facilities, guest rooms, and equipment are maintained to the highest standards of safety, functionality, and appearance. This role involves general building maintenance, HVAC systems, electrical and plumbing repairs, and responding promptly to maintenance requests during the 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM shift. The ideal candidate will work independently to prioritize tasks and address guest concerns while maintaining the overall condition of the property.

Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance and repairs of building systems including mechanical electrical plumbing and HVAC equipment
Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance of guest rooms public areas and hotel equipment
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders prioritizing guest room issues and operational needs
