Maintenance Engineering Co-Op

The Maintenance Engineering Co-Op provides a hands-on learning opportunity for current college students or recent graduates pursuing an Engineering or Technical degree. This role offers practical experience in maintenance operations, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced aseptic food manufacturing environment. Working alongside experienced maintenance professionals, the Co-Op will support equipment maintenance, reliability initiatives, and improvement projects that enhance safety, quality, productivity, and operational performance while developing valuable technical and professional skills.
