About this role

Hitachi Energy is hiring a Maintenance Operations Leader to lead maintenance strategy and day-to-day execution for manufacturing equipment and facilities at its South Boston, Virginia site. The role focuses on driving reliability, efficiency, and operational excellence while developing a high-performing maintenance team. This is a full-time 2nd shift position with occasional weekend work.
