This leadership role focuses on driving equipment uptime, implementing preventive maintenance strategies, managing the UpKeep CMMS, and ensuring strict compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The manager will lead the maintenance team, oversee budgeting and spare parts, and collaborate closely with production and engineering to support continuous operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Lead daily maintenance operations for manufacturing equipment and facilities
Drive equipment reliability strategies to maximize uptime and minimize downtime
Own and optimize UpKeep CMMS for work orders, PMs, and asset data
Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and contractor relationships
Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, OSHA, and food-grade manufacturing standards
