Maintenance & Facilities Manager

The Maintenance & Facilities Manager provides strategic leadership for the plant's maintenance and facilities functions within a high-volume automotive manufacturing environment. This role oversees a team of approximately 25 employees to ensure the reliability, safety, and efficient operation of manufacturing equipment, building systems, and facility infrastructure. The position is responsible for developing preventive maintenance strategies, managing budgets, and coordinating facility projects to minimize downtime and support production objectives.
