Maintenance, Grounds, and Building Support

This position performs a wide range of maintenance, grounds, and building support duties to ensure district facilities and grounds are safe, clean, functional, and well maintained. Responsibilities include building repairs, HVAC and mechanical troubleshooting, grounds maintenance, snow and ice control, equipment operation, and general custodial support. The role requires operating various mechanical and grounds equipment while maintaining computerized control systems for heating and air conditioning.
