The Maintenance Group Lead, Coating & Bonding at Slate is responsible for leading the maintenance team that supports coating and bonding systems to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient production. The role focuses on equipment reliability across Thinfilm/electrocoat, sealer systems, robotic bonding cells, and related facility systems while partnering with Production, Engineering, and Plant Leadership. The position requires relocation to Warsaw, Indiana and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
