Maintenance Group Leader

This role oversees a small to medium group of salaried maintenance Group Leaders, leading the maintenance and repair of plant equipment and facilities in alignment with standard GM maintenance systems. The position involves conducting checks and tests, performing preventative maintenance, diagnosing equipment malfunctions, and recommending solutions to meet schedule and quality requirements. The successful candidate will provide hands-on leadership in a fast-paced production environment, rotating among three shifts to minimize downtime and ensure operational excellence.
