The Maintenance I role performs routine and extensive preventative maintenance and repairs on building structures, mechanical equipment, and utility systems. The position works on a 6‑weeks‑on/2‑weeks‑off rotation, ensuring safety compliance, completing inspections, and responding to emergency maintenance requests while providing world‑class customer service.
