About this role

A highly skilled Injection Mold Changeover Technician II is needed to support a fast-paced manufacturing operation, optimizing changeovers, stabilizing processes, and driving uptime on advanced injection molding systems.

Responsibilities

Lead mold and core changeovers with focus on efficiency and repeatability
Ensure consistent First Shot Run success and minimal startup scrap
Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, process, and material issues
Monitor and stabilize machine performance post-changeover
Mentor and support development of junior technicians

Skills

Qualifications

3–5+ years of experience in injection molding or high-speed plastics manufacturingTechnical certification or trade school background
