About this role
The Maintenance II role supports the Maintenance Lead and Technical Manager in ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable operation of building systems and grounds across the facility. The position assists with daily and preventative maintenance programs, repairs, and equipment monitoring across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and building control systems. The role also supports contractor coordination, facility inspections, and safety and compliance activities to keep the site in optimal condition.
