Maintenance II

Under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance II leads, directs, and assists in maintaining facilities and grounds to ensure safe operating conditions through preventive maintenance and resolving immediate operational concerns. The role involves managing building maintenance projects, conducting training for staff, and performing repairs on various physical plant systems. This position requires a blend of technical skills in areas like plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry to maintain a safe and effective environment.
