Maintenance II

This position performs semi-skilled maintenance and manual work for grounds maintenance at City-owned buildings, parks, and transportation right-of-way areas. The role involves routine upkeep of facilities, equipment, and landscaping, as well as operating various trucks and motorized equipment. The Maintenance II serves as a lead worker when assigned and must be prepared to perform emergency tasks and heavy manual labor in varying weather conditions.
