Responsibilities

Perform advanced diagnostic and repair work on building systems including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
Ensure regulatory compliance and safety by conducting inspections of fire suppression and life safety systems
Mentor junior maintenance staff and oversee outside contractors to ensure work meets specifications
