Maintenance Laborer

The Everett Housing Authority is seeking a Maintenance Laborer to assist with day-to-day maintenance tasks at various properties, including custodial duties, unit turns, and basic repairs in carpentry, plumbing, or low voltage electrical work. This full-time, non-exempt position operates on a Tuesday through Saturday schedule and offers opportunities to learn new skills and advance to a Maintenance Specialist role. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be ready to learn, and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
