The Maintenance Lead OSD is a leadership role within the Pharm Ops Integrated Process Team at the Small Molecule Commercialisation Site in Ballydine, Co. Tipperary, responsible for overseeing all maintenance and engineering activities. The role leads both shift and days engineering teams during a site transformation and supports delivery of reliable, compliant operations. It also participates in IPT leadership, driving asset reliability and continuous improvement across the OSD unit.
