Maintenance Lead Technician

The role involves responding to resident service needs, performing routine maintenance and repairs on community equipment, and ensuring superior customer service. This position requires a seasoned technician with experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems to maintain a safe and well-kept apartment community.
