Maintenance Lead

This role leads the daily operations of maintenance staff and overcomes maintenance programs for electrical and mechanical production equipment. The incumbent trains junior personnel and executes preventative maintenance on packaging machinery while managing spare parts systems and work instructions. They act as a team player, interface with vendors, and ensure all activities align with food safety and quality management systems.
