Flexicon Corporation
The Maintenance Lead provides day-to-day leadership for maintenance technicians at the Kokomo facility, driving equipment reliability, preventive maintenance execution, and continuous improvement within the Tube Finishing operation. This role partners with Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams to maximize equipment uptime, improve asset performance, and ensure safe, efficient operation of all finishing processes. The position serves as a site champion for reliability-centered maintenance practices and CMMS utilization while fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and safety.
