The Maintenance Management Trainee at Penske is a full-time role designed to launch careers in maintenance leadership through accelerated, hands-on training in fleet management and maintenance processes. The position involves completing seven rotations over nine to twelve months to gain critical skills in vehicle componentry, technology, and service department management. Trainees work independently and alongside experienced supervisors to develop the expertise needed to become successful Maintenance Leaders.
