Maintenance Manager 1

This role provides overall management of people, equipment, and services required to meet facility delivery commitments to customers while ensuring technical availability of production assets. The position focuses on optimizing preventive and predictive maintenance planning, managing spare parts supply, launching new equipment, and driving continuous improvement through Total Productive Maintenance programs. Key duties include coordinating service providers, preparing investment budgets, enforcing safety procedures, and recruiting and developing a qualified workforce.
