About this role
Lineage is hiring a Maintenance Manager to support transformation and growth across its Gloucester and Bristol temperature-controlled logistics sites. The role oversees the sites’ facilities engineering and maintenance function, partnering with site leadership and regional engineering to support operational continuity and long-term site performance. The position is based ideally in Gloucester with a weekday shift pattern and some weekend/on-call coverage.
